The Camp and Church Leadership project findings around summer staff, gathered through a layered survey process in the summer of 2021, are starting to take shape, and as we are in the midst of finding those that will make ministry happen this summer, the story these numbers tell offers us the chance to be proactive and creative while recruiting, hiring, and setting up our summers staff experience.
